koreans don't dress up to do grocery, but they do it in front of who know them cause otherwise they would be judge;
furthermore, in korean webtoons they often keep relationships secret at school and at work cause otherwise they would be gossip;
I know these are fictional stories, so my question is: is it really like that? are they so superficial that they have systemically to gossip and judge others?
