The concept is very... Let's say... Interesting, but the execution is quite... I don't really like non-con. But, it's great though, ugh I'd love that kind of thing where you're selected as a succubus. The idea is interesting, though I'd like it if there's like a summoning pledge between the host of succubus and the recipient.
I thought it was good because of the rec... The plot and human interaction feels bland and inconsistent. Also, some informations are given as if in a platter, which is weird... Too chaotic and puzzling, I hope upcoming chapters unravel it or whatever.
Might actually try reading the novel since some said that they cut way too many scene.
I already read the novel that's why I'm saying the manhwa itself isn't being patient with the story lmao. it cut out a significant chunk just to speedrun the plot. sure, a part of it were boring like cooking and domestic stuff, but the other part were explaining the setting, showing the characters interact and become closer with one another, and gave us a perspective on who gio is. by the time mc is in the town we ALREADY have a perspective on who he is as a person. the manhwa is leaving the impression that we're JUST getting to know him.
all the criticism the manhwa gets is tied to this one thing - it just isn't adapting the story properly and instead speedruns it.
like just the fact that they left out the reasoning for the guild leader to let gio out was enough for me. by the time this conversation was had he already has been through each floor of the basement level and was almost at the last one, practically a step away from going out himself. the manhwa didn't mention any of this (barely even implied in passing with the instructions to the employees) and gives an impression that gio was just chilling and having conversations with the gardener after they met. I've already seen tons of questions (on different website) about gio's actions and motivations that already were explained in the moment, in the chapters they speedrun.
there's legit no use in being patient with the manhwa, bc it isn't being either.
they also barely mention gio's morals which was why btw the bird attacked that shady guy. not particularly bc he was a threat to gio but bc gio deemed him evil. when gio learned about a current class divide he showed way more emotions than simple goosebumps. like his values are incredibly immortal to his character and we should have become familiar with them by the time Giovanni came. they also fucked up how Giovanni's legs became water (a fish were even swimming in them) in that one scene (and it's why the gardener guy panicked) but that's more of a nitpicking lmao.

LMAOOO THIS IS SO CUTE..! Ugh I should've let this marinated.
