I feel insane, like ml was not the nicest person and a lot of it is due to trauma, and so he couldn’t trust himself to be fully honest with mc and ended up hurting him a lot because he just kept saying the wrong things, that was factually incorrect because ml honestly always loved mc, when he was beta or as an omega, ml always loved mc.
AND MC ALWAYS LOVED ML! Like when ml hurt him by ending things he still wanted to give ml a chance, but his heat happened so he freaked out and ran away. And when ml came back into his life he kept on giving ml chances to just say the right thing of what he truly feels at least once so he could fully let himself love ml without fear. Ml is dumb af so alas.
The reason mc came back to ml even after the surgery is because he always loved ml back regardless of the bond, and doctor did fill him in on what the fuck was happening with ml to keep their son safe actually.
Again, ml was bumbass and kinda fucking cruel, unfortunate side effect of self preservation, but he did love mc and their son and so did mc actually love ml.
Ppl are confused and i very much wish to scream because i read all of this in one go and tbh it was all set up, sure some things rushed but nothing came as a surprise and everything is very much with in character for both of them. AAAAAAAA,,,,!
That being said, this story is nothing revolutionary but it’s far from being bad, if it fully ends with this season it’s very self contained story with very deserving happy ending where both of them are finally on the same page about their feelings for each other and they both together with their son can be safe and happy, and sometimes it’s just enough.
Gosh this makes me giggle and blush as if we haven’t seen them fuck already, they so soft together, regardless of what happened I do believe only they can help each other heal
