Uhhhhhh, I've drawn a blank for what manga to recommend....maybe google it, but as an anti-social shut-in who hates people yet keeps accidentally getting into ridiculously super social events remember you always want what you don't have, 17 is hard for everyone so just hang in there I promise it will get better. Try writing about what you're grateful for, might help, little things like how ya have food. I hope you have food.

As for the guilty conscience I wouldn't worry about it. It's easy to imagine you're really cool and sexy and can push someone down and rape them.....But when you end up in situations like that the most you will do is likely stutter a lot and blush way too much, probably embarrass yourself, everything goes better in the imagination.
Maybe stay away from the smutty yaoi for a little bit it won't be good if ya turn into a raping serial killer who watches Japanese cartoons, it'll make us nerds look bad. But seriously don't feel guilty manga and real life are different that's why it's so fun to read if you wanna take life values away from it watch fairy tail, otherwise enjoy then move on.

You could also just ask your parents to sit down with you then tell them how much you're suffering, most people need human contact ask if you can join like an art class or a dnd group or a acting class it could be knitting if that's what ya are into just something that gets you out. Parents are there to help you in life it's literally their job and kids(I mean kids as in you will always be ya parents kid even when you're 90) shouldn't feel ashamed or embarrassed about telling them their problems, I still whine to my mom.
Anyway I don't post stuff online cause I don't like socializing( if you reply don't expect a reply) but I thought you should know some idiot on the other side of the world stuffed in their room eating a crappy sandwich read your post, cared, and wanted to give you some crappy advice like "Join knitting club!" and "Don't be a serial killer!"
