his mother was everything for him, and yeah, maybe he could've been a little nicer to byul and all but when you have to face living by yourself being a runaway from an abusive household, only to find out the one person you love doesnt care about you at all, you would fucking break.
he was forced to grow up on his own believing no one cared for him whatsoever. of course when faced with problems like this he would shut down. just give him time, God. And if you want someone to blame, blame his shit parents or something. It's definitely not hyesung's fault.
