I love these webtoon and i don't often see people recommended it. All of this is Josei without smut and the plot is refreshing original for me.

There are many Underrated ones I've read. Right now I remember only a few.
Hana no namae (Shoujo)- Extremely underrated. Nobody knows the existence of such a beautiful manga.
Ohayou Ibarahime (Shoujo)- Probably not that underrated. You may or may not know about it.
Tada kimi wo aishiteru (Josei)- I consider this a masterpiece.
Okashiratsuki (Seinen)- I just love this. It's a very unique story I must say. Oh btw it's still ongoing
My girl (Seinen)- Same author as above. You'll love this for sure.
Annarasumanara (Seinen manhwa)- This comes to mind when you say underrated manhwa.

It's bl. The setting is kinda during apocalypse. Everyone is divided by two groups (can't remember the name but it's like one group is the supplier and the other one is receiver). The 'supplier' has ability. The supplier and receiver is connected. If the receiver die, the supplier may become crazy
The mc has ability of emitting smell of grass which is soothing to his partner.
He hides the fact that his ability is emitting grass smell because he doesn't want to be ridiculed. B but the ability is very helpful during the apocalypse.
Before mc met his partner. He lives in a place like the school. One day, when his teacher? told him to go outside and look for his partner because he's nearby, he went outside for the first time.
His partner is like a soldier. The first time they met, I think he was with some zombies? or something. And at first he did not trust mc. But the they work together after that.
If I was not mistaken, they find an institution. (Can't remember).

Few years later, she saw the 'witch' and talk to her without knowing the woman was dead. and the 'witch' knowing the girl is the only one who can see her, can sometimes possess the girl. Together they try to uncover the mystery of the 'witch' and the 'witch's friend death with dead friend's husband.
2. bl manga.
The manga is about a college boy who was visited by his childhood friend (a girl) who claims 'she' was turned into a man. but the man is actually the cousin of the said friend. and he likes the boy for a long time.
the boy also had another childhood friend (a boy and also the second uke) who likes the girl (and he thinks she is a boy). so, when he find out the real identity of the girl, he becomes depressed? because he grows up liking men, so he cannot have that feeling. He met the seme in an abandoned classroom and accidentally saw the mc doing 'that' with his boyfriend.
the second seme is quite sadistic? and he actually has a beautiful face but covered it up.
