Hello, adult woman here! I enjoy reading a range of different works- shonen, shoujo, and BL/yaoi are probably my top three! If a work interests me, I read it basically! I am a lover of darker themes and works with substance and plot! Though I love smut, I want to feel immersed in the manga/manhua/manhwa I’m reading as well! I tend to leave comments on the works I enjoy, if my comments offend you…do understand that I mean no offense: I can sometimes be passionate about the things I read and I can also be curt when I get excited! As a lover of darker themes, I cherish the value of each character but I’d be a fool if I stress over what I already know the mangaka is going to do! I’m an avid reader and for me when I read, it starts at one cover and ends at the next! Nothing I consume influences my real life because I understand the difference in what the fictional world allows to go crazy would never be allowed in the real world!
Always remember we’re all humans here and we all have different perspectives when we read, you can disagree with someone but still hold respect for them because this is the internet and we know nothing about anyone behind these screens! We all came here to enjoy works for free (but I hope you do actually invest money in the works you enjoy as I do)! It takes nothing to be Kind and Respectful!
