I also wouldn't say that. The sexual stuff is happening way too fast, plus he's forcing her. His behaviour is also giving more villain vibes than enemy. Another reason also, the enemy to lovers trope should start with hate from both sides and then grow to an understanding and then love interest... but he was obsessed with her right from the start and only made her do things against her will. So imo, he's just a straight up villain. It's a thin line between being a villain and an enemy, because sometimes you can be both.
