I feel ya. And I don't think you should be worried about whether you're lesbian or bi. Maybe you just haven't found the right person yet, that's all. Even I am 18 and still cringe at the thought of viewing the guy friends or people that i see as romantic interest.
And with what your friends might say about going on a diet or exercise, don't hold it against them too much. I'm sure they're just trying to help. Everyone has insecurities, you're not alone on that. But, do know that you have your own charm, that you are someone beautiful in your own right.
