Tbh I don't know who started that 18 year olds can't date 16 year olds, like it's weird? The police officer that came to my school back when i was still at highschool mentioned that, "at least over the age gap of 5 and 5 in their birth month differences is considered pedophile", but what matters the most is if they consented to the older person advances or not makes them a pdf. This only applies to certain some of countries as I'm aware, bc their laws are different in which age is considered an adult or a consentable age to have sex (Also as an added fact 16 is the most common age for teenagers to have sex at and where they are can ask for consent too)
-Besides, some pedophile cases were cases the younger person didn't consent to it and that pedophile ended up as a sex-offender, committing assault and over all RAPE.

This manga is nothing but fictional work of art and the real law doesn't apply to them. Neither should we should criticize high school students who just have a two year age gap just with an 18 year old there's something wrong with us all...
