honestly reading this now just makes me feel so heartbroken and sad, but also a mix of happiness for leviathan and rosetta knowing that rubian is actually their biological daughter who was kidnapped & brainwashed by the demon king. just thinking of how the reveal will go in the latter half of the story is making my heart break because their precious little girl went through so much pain, fear, and difficulties all alone and even believing shit that isnt true.
agh just so much pain for this family who shouldve never been separated ever, and just seeing how much they love and embrace rubi without even realizing she's the child that "died" is even more heartwarming. on god I dont think im ready for that scene.
i am genuinely getting so giddy over our MC finally being so happy and relaxed with the ML, and this MF fake ass friend is just ruining the vibes of EVERYTHING bc he's one spoiled ass mf who can't seem to understand that the world doesn't revolve around him.
why is he ruining things and making things so much harder for our MC who's already gone through the gutters of hell ;__; I dont like seeing unnecessary suffering

an incredibly original plot, unpredictable plot deviations, wonderful character developments, and great story building throughout the entire thing. 100000000000/10 reading experience, and I can't wait to reread this work again.
every now and then a gem like this rolls down in the yaoiverse and i have zero complaints
holy fucking shit i finally decided to pick this up after the highly acclaimed reviews and finally understand why this is so well loved. won't spoil anything, but will echo what everyone else has said about this story and say this is 1000000% worth reading.
I truly do not think ive read a BL/yaoi that was incredibly paced & had the greatest plot twists, character developments, and incredible story building like this one. PLEASE pick this up. you will not regret reading this one.

oh this is building up for an insane miscommunication jealousy arc im so ready for
this story's direction is really disappointing. the moment rute got introduced as the potential ML, all of a sudden everything in the plot is thanks to him. and its making it seem like all the FL's achievements are solely due to rute, which pisses me off so much because we're essentially discrediting all the strength and power she amassed ALL BY HERSELF now that the ML arrived.
not to mention, how the author completely started to focus on rute and this relationship building, while completely foregoing essential relationships in the plot including her peers in the temple. i also super loathe how the author is starting to make out our FL to be some damsel in distress when we started out with her being some strong bombshell female lead. and all other odd decisions towards this plot's direction that just makes you wonder if the author is just fumbling this gem of a story to begin with.
idk I just had to say my piece because the story's got relatively more boring the moment we started to focus on rute, that im literally skimming through panels because the new direction feels so forced to me.
p.s. the whole stupid premature celebration when the actual villain is still on the loose is another prime example of how dumb and cliche we're getting at.
