Why are people all of sudden loving Seungmin? Like lol, you guys were NOT this passionate back when he was presented to us as normal through Yuwon's perspective.

I like the leads cuz they're fucked up (and im talking in the sense that I like them as fictional characters because they make for an interesting story), but Seungmin has always just appeared flat and meh to me.
Even with these new revelations we don't have anything from his perspective. He's only ever been a foil to Dohun in Yuwon's eyes, and he wasn't even that great of a foil. He only seemed like a saint to Yuwon because he wasn't partaking in the bullying, unless it was more subtle for Yuwon to notice.
Idk, Seungmin just isn't interesting to me but it feels weird for everyone to be coddling him??? like lmaooooo
Obviously, us as viewers know Ideum is innocent and timid in everything he does.
But you lowkey gotta think about the things Ideum did to catch Jaeyi's attention...Not saying he would cheat, but that they aren't really exclusive in anyway.
Whats to stop Ideum from wanting more fuck buddies, or getting the hang of things, etc? Though we know it took a lot of courage for him to do what he did.
However, on the flip side, Jaeyi is still really wrong for taking his anger out on Ideum and for using him like a sex toy lol. Honestly, he did hurt Ideum, but he's fixing his wrongs IMMEDIATELY, and honestly to me, he didnt fo anything crazy.
Everyone has moments where they lash out and do or say something they know they shouldn't. Honestly, I care more about how they want to go about AFTER saying/doing things, especially for situations like this.
Not to be that person, but it's not as if Ideum was raped( i know that is a horrible thing to say but sooooo many people use it as the bar or 'standard' for scenes like this that happen in yaoi, ). We cannot ignore the hurtful words and overriding on Ideum's will though.
But I mean, I don't think this is a terrible oh noooo
they need to break up now!!! yknow? they still don't know each other THAT well, or more like Ideuk doesn't know Jaeyi that well because that's a part of his character, his story.
To sum it all up, I can understand some of Jaeyi's thoughts, mainly the ones of Kwon Jiseong being malicious over Ideum, which is not out of the realm of possibility. (the other thoughts I don't agree with.) The words and actions done, were hurtful, but not crazy enough to make or break a relationship. Also the fact that he immediately, as they finished f'cking, went to care for Ideum slightly makes up for his previous mistakes.
Jaeyi still has work to do, but he'll have to face his true self soon. Lmkwyt!
