this is just an out there want/guess; BUT-- I think it'd be really interesting if they had met before; Teach & Guwon. Like what if Teach actually saved Guwon and they've already traveled together before, but Teach somehow lost his memory Maybe I'm just going too deep into Teach's sleepwalking and knife welding in his sleep, but Guwon also seeming so familiar to his sleep behavior? Idk, y'all. I keep getting the feeling Teach isn't as innocent as he thinks himself to be.

Maybe he'll make the teach depend on him so much he won't think about killing him? Or he's gonna drop some lore bomb on him that's gonna wanna make him stop, or at minimum make him reconsider. Cause Guwons been the only person that's seen the teach sleep walk. Even we, the readers, don't know what *exactly* he does in that trance or whats causing it. But Guwon might. That's why he said him and the teach are different from the others.

As much as I'm frustrated watching teach fumble his life rn, I can't say hate him much cause that's probably the most appropriate reaction to being scared.
People lose their shit and try to prove their innocence any way that they can when they know they've been caught in the lie and the other person(people) is most likely to take advantage of that fear. That's exactly what's happening here. Guwon deff doesn't believe the teach but he's going to take advantage of it.
And ik everyones scared of Guwi's weird ass dick but can we talk about the fact that the writing of this story is genuinely great. Amazing pacing, full of mystery and genuinely unpredictable. I can't even begin to guess what's gonna happen In the next few chapters and i gen don't know if the faces of the characters we're being shown right now are the real ones or not
Okay I'm deff reaching but in Greek mythology, Sisyphus tricked Thanatos, the god of death, and caused a "stop in death", which, in this case could suggest that the "status" of dead over the deceased was lifted. All those that had died, their bodies were no longer "dead", causing them to come back as husks.
In the prologue, it said that they "posed no real threat" meaning that they weren't zombies but were decaying bodies. They showed no signs of any hostility towards the people like an actual zombie would. They had come back to life but were unable to reintegrate into society because they weren't actually alive but their bodies were mobile. In other words, their soul was still in the afterlife, however the status of "dead" was lifted off of their bodies only (it makes sense in my head idk if I explained it properly)
Ig it makes the most sense that Guwon is Sisyphus as we saw that Guwon was gazing up at the round boulder on the mountain, which is what Sisyphus was famous for, right? And the reason why Sisyphus was condemned for that punishment was that he tricked Persephone and left Tartarus "temporarily" (that's what he told Persephone) but never ended up coming back to which Zeus and Hades condemned him to the eternal rock till he died of old age.
This also aligns with the fact that Guwon was arising from beneath the rubble in the prologue, suggesting that Guwon was leaving Tartarus (the underworld)
Sisyphus literally tricked three big gods into his plans which means in order for Guwon to be Mr. Mischievous, he would also have to be extremely cunning. Which would mean that Guwon knows way more than he's letting on/ he already knows what Teach and the rest are trying to do and he himself is pretending to go along with their plan.

To add to that... The manghua's name is "hounds of Sisyphus" and Guwon perceives everyone as being "dogs". So it checks for him to be Sisyphus.

Okay ik it's probably because I'm picky asf but I'm not enjoying this story, like, at all. The protag has so much plot armour and for what? It's the same scenario of one problem being caused and him just magically having the perfect solution for it.
Not only that but there's little to no struggle at all? He's literally Mary Sue-ing his way through life. *SO FAR,* there's no proper character development of him having to face his problems and yk, gaining some sort of knowledge from those experiences.
There are no proper side characters and the ones that exist are so shallow. They basically have no proper motivations nor are they expanded upon. The vampire lady? Literally what role does she play? We know nothing about her and it feels like she was added just for the sake of having a character there.
The only one I feel is built better is the Saintess and even she felt a bit incomplete (?) like I understand that you're pure and innocent but how can you just trust an outsider so much after you had experienced both reincarnations of the demon guy???
I also wish they'd expand a bit more on the real protag too. The human one. And the world building is throwing me off.
Again, I've only read till chapter 37 so idk if any of those things get resolved later on but so far I have no reason to continue reading this.
I can understand why people enjoy this it's basically just watching a guy playing life on easy mode and I get it, that can be fun sometimes too. But if the guy is just sucking his own dick all the time, it loses that charm too and just becomes boring.
Its better enjoyed if you read it for fun and entertainment rather than taking it too seriously
I think you should try and just read this more so with having fun and whimsy than taking it as seriously as you are because this is a manwha nothing is gonna make sense, unfortunately!
