The creep that tried to SA Dan and got pissy when Dan didn’t go along with it. A nurse accidentally walked in on this happening and the creep blamed Dan for coming onto him. He then basically got Dan blacklisted from all of the hospitals in Seoul, that’s why he was having such a hard time finding work in PT at the beginning of the series
