Hmmm i do have to agree with some comments about recent chapters regarding shizuma!! I’ve had mixed feelings for a while but it really has boiled over and I’m just upset about how shizuma has always been written to be the “over-indulgent lover” whereas minato is the selfish one. I simply don’t think it’s true. Heavy rant ahead cause I need this out of my chest so beware



I think shizuma, in many ways, has not been responsive to minato’s ongoing worries. (plus even Minato himself reflects, and is aware how high maintenance he is) Shizuma has done a series of things: such as standing minato up, not minding when his new boss getting weirdly close (bro the underwear u cannot tell me otherwise) and even now, not really being bothered with setting boundaries with others and effectively causing minato to be worried or even jealous (I think that’s the biggest one e.g letting his ex walk all over him, caring so much for his new boss or others so much that it actually causing issues with his own relationship.) Bro don’t get me wrong I think he’s a nice guy, and he is being written that way, but seriously I don’t like the hate on minato and this is just getting frustrating to read. Every time I think the author is going to patch it up somehow, it ends up with minato simply forgiving shizuma easily and apologisING!! For being selfish??? Nawwww it’s getting toxic i think minato has been the indulgent one… i really hope it doesn’t end up with minato apologising… I still want to believe
