Is it just me that cant seem to access to their notifications page?? Even when I put the direct url as in home/notifications it says there's been an error as in the classic "sorry. The page you have requested is not available yet."... Yet I can see that there's the bell with the number two on top meaning that I receive the notifs I just cant open them
I ended up downloading Webtoon app a month ago because I wanted to read Cheese in the trap and since I caught up with the most recent update I started reading other popular webtoons. I went for I love yoo, Edith, Lore Olympus, True beauty and Lookism. And I love them. I haven't read any non-yaoi korean webtoons before so I was pleasantly surprise of HOW GOOD THEY ARE. Lookism in particular is AMAZING, I thought it was overhyped but oh my god, it's addictive... Can anyone recommend me more korean webtoons?
This was one of the first webtoons i read: https://m.webtoons.com/en/drama/annarasumanara/list?title_no=77
Lookism is so good but it makes me feel like I'm reading Dragon Ball or Bleach or any of those long ass mangas
Lore Olympas is some cute shit
And I started Cheese in the Trap after watching the kdrama
Can I recommend Miss Abbott and the Doctor. The art is beautiful, I love the inclusion of LBGT characters and the humour is great
I LOVE SALTY STUDIOS. Also check out other stuff by that author. You have a p good list and other people have recommended some gems as well. I’d say check out ilkwon ha’s works, esp Duty after school *kisses fingers* SO good. I was just reading through the first couple of chapters to pass the time but wow..it took me on a JOURNEY
My favorites. http://www.mangago.me/home/mangalist/393045/
oh no no there’s no abusive relationship, it’s about 3 women who are friends and their journey in love and their relationship with themselves. There’s backstory, there’s development. The characters feel v real. There is a point where one of the girls realizes she has a crush on somebody but quickly cuts it off and gets over it, so no cheating as well.
What's a good shoujo korean webtoon? I would prefer it if it was vanilla, no nsfw please, school setting maybe but it's fine a josei too. It's also fine if it's not korean and it doesn't really matter if it's still on going!

IT'S LONG SORRY ㅠㅠ
I just read this article about how manga printing companies aren't doing as well as before because of South korean webtoons and how they are posted on the Internet instead of paper. Apparently webtoons are getting an incredibile amount of attention with the korean wave and with so many people getting easier access to smartphone and internet. And of course if you think about it it's so much easier to read webtoons on your phone since their vertical structure and design were meant to be read on an app in a small screen (and you can even buy them in english so they reach a foreign audience at the same time) while reading japanese manga is rather difficult with their panels and reading from right to left. From what I read when they tried to sell webtoons to japanese they were like "why do we have to read things from South Korea" and mostly found a negative feedback about it (whether it's because the SK/Japan feud or their pride in manga) so they had to translate their names into japanese and even change the drawings sometimes like the color of taxis, police cars or snacks that they eat in the webtoon, to make them think it's a japanese webtoon. While in SK most koreans don't even buy manga anymore because of webtoons are more comfortable or suit the taste just as/better than manga do so, Japan is having a big loss there.
Some japanese manga companies are even thinking of changing their design to get into the competition with webtoons while other think they shouldn't destroy the tradition of black and white panels on paper. What do you think? Should mangas get an app where you can buy and read them vertically/left to right/full color? Can webtoons really get as big as manga? I personally like both, I like the color and scrolling vertically the chapters of a webtoon but I like having copies of my favourite manga on my "shrine" and all the small details in the panels that webtoons don't have. Here on mangago webtoons and manhuas (Chinese webtoons) are incredibly popular but japanese manga are always there in the popular section too so I thought it would be really interesting to ask you, let me know ~
Okay so i have a very bad second lead syndrome where no matter what I watch or read, if the romance it's het then I'might going to be be hella bitter until the very end because mc didn't choose second lead. There are times where both leads are very nice but my heart will always go to the second lead probably because they will never be chosen :(
so do you have shoujo recommendations where the main lead (doesent matter whether it's female or male) it's so lovable that you will fall for them no matter what or maybe where main lead unexpectedly chooses second lead?
I feel like I've read almost every single yaoi that has a pretty or eye catching cover on this website. What are some good yaoi that deserved a better cover than the one they got? (meaning that I probably haven't read it yet cause I tend to judge a manga by their cover sigh)
Raiatea gives a bara feeling when you look at thé cover but they're just masculine muscular guys (muscle as a real man but no prominent muscle like in baras.)
Gravity eyes gives that "old design" vibe but the drawing is better than I thought and the story is good.
Zhen. I saw the cover and was "ew. Nope." but I had nothing else to read and what a surprise !
Ani no hanashi. I saw the cover and thought Mangago put the wrong genre but OMG I thought I was going to cry all the tears available in my body.
For now there's those.
Hello, can anyone please recommend me some sweet shoujo mangas like Honey Lemon Soda? I've been really craving these kind of shoujos that give you a sugar rush lately though they're not my usual genre so I've only read a couple of them. Completed would be great but it's also okay if they're ongoing as long as they are not dropped or with just one or two chapters
p.s. I've already read Sweet Bitter, Kawaii Hito and Yubisaki to Renren
Hi love! Honey Lemon Soda is one of my fave fluffy shoujos. These are a couple of my other faves (hope you enjoy ):
