So how is beth related to rose?
So Beth is Roses adopted cousin basically. Then Emma aka 97 is Roses actual cousin because she’s the real Beth Wright.
spoilers ahead!!!
beth wright, the original beth and the one that's actually related by blood and family to rose, survived the shipwreck but was never found. instead, she ended up at the velvet rose as no.97 and became rose's friend and first person to be considered her family, unwittingly of their kinship.
beth, the one with blue eyes, was found by rose's uncle (brandon wright) who took her in in an attempt to keep the inheritance from rose's half brother (Frank Howard) and her father's (James Howard) schemes.
beth wright, the beth with green eyes, was rose's cousin.
beth, the beth with blue eyes and the one rose falls in love with, comes from different a completely different family. she doesn't share any blood relations with rose (￣ε(#￣)Σ
