Yep. It’s easier to complain about things happening to fictional characters than help actual people in terrible situations. So they complain to make themselves feel better or like they’re helping rather than doing any actual good.

After rereading it, this arc kinda makes sense. They always drop hints about how her father is absolutely crazy, wouldn’t like them together at all, and would do whatever it took to separate them if he found out. So while I don’t care for the angsty part because I hate seeing those two sad and it feels like it doesn’t match the wholesome, chill vibe the webtoon gave in the first seasons, they did warn us albeit incredibly subtly.

It feels like the story is going to be ruined with more filler and we’re getting the ACTUAL part we’re all looking for, where her ex finds out about her new partner. Come ooooon.
