After rereading it, this arc kinda makes sense. They always drop hints about how her father is absolutely crazy, wouldn’t like them together at all, and would do whatever it took to separate them if he found out. So while I don’t care for the angsty part because I hate seeing those two sad and it feels like it doesn’t match the wholesome, chill vibe the webtoon gave in the first seasons, they did warn us albeit incredibly subtly.
I feel like big bro is going to tell him to stay away from his little bro and that’s when his chasing arc will begin. Because Gyuwon has been doing the majority of it so maybe it’ll be his turn to see just how much ML has fallen for him.
You cannot be serious. He’s leaving for a month? Look, I like this story a lot but the pacing has already been going at a crawl. It feels like the story is going to be ruined with more filler and we’re getting the ACTUAL part we’re all looking for, where her ex finds out about her new partner. Come ooooon.
Are we reading the same webtoon? How come everyone isn’t immediately suspicious of the random hound guy being suddenly interested in the MC? I understand he’s hot but wanting them to get together and not being concerned about his intentions is crazy lol
How many people are after him? Poor guy. We just had an arc where he was chased by the other guy.
This webtoon would be really good if they stopped dragging it out. I like the story, I just wish the chapters gave us more of it and less filler/exposition of shit we already established in previous chapters.
I really thought we were heading to the climax. Where Mincheol would find out but they introduced a second third lady so I guess we’re gonna have to see clips of Airi getting jealous and Mincheol cheats again? I’m tired of seeing him cheating tho. I don’t need to see more chapters dedicated to what I already know.
Unmarked spoilers in the comments. If you don’t want to know what kind of ending this has, don’t read any further.
If you’re coming to the comment section to call Maxi a moron, say she deserves/wants to be abused, or to talk shit about her instead of her father for abusing her, you still have the opportunity to turn back and keep your misogynistic comments to yourself. :) Just count yourself lucky enough that you don’t understand and can’t empathize with an abused woman’s experience. Her trauma isn’t going to go away from the months she was away from her father when she lived her entire life fearing and being beaten by him.
I’ll be a special kind of angry if, after 13 years of reading this manga, they kill off Doumeki.
