I'm so glad I finished the novel first before starting the manhua. Now I can properly enjoy the fluff without feeling anxious about what to come. I'm still irked by the english names ngl. give me back my xia xingcheng and yang youming (ಥ﹏ಥ)

//Yes there will be several. I'm just going by the novel so I don't know how the manhua will do it.
there's gonna be a short period where they'll feel unsure about their relationship and they're not gonna break up or anything but they will take a break from each other because it's not only asher who got too deep in the act but remington too. mostly it'll be them not contacting each other. so they will need to stay away to make sure whether these are their real feelings or their previous roles feelings. however they'll get back to being lovely dovely quickly. also one of the actresses in this drama asher is filming rn is gonna be remington's ex wife and she and asher will become good friends. there's gonna be some dude who'll try to hit on asher and he's gonna be pretty creepy about it but asher will not reciprocate. he will leave them alone after remington tells him that they (remy and asher) are together.
xia xingcheng or asher's brother will find out about their relationship and he will NOT be happy. but they won't break up and it will be resolved. the brother will accept them. This will happen some time after the movie they shoot together airs if im not mistaken.
Also xiangcheng(asher) and yang youming (remington) will film another drama together, this one will be a thriller and mystery. jade, the girl who's a 'fan' of remington will be a co-actor too and she will stir up some trouble for asher. basically what she'll do is that she'll sneakily take a picture of asher sitting on remington lap as remington gives him tea. but she's going to crop it so only asher sitting in a man's lap is visible and then she'll send it to a tabloid. there will be some buzz about it but asher's agency and remy manage to spin it as photo from the movie they shoot together (the gay one). or something similar. but either way people buy it and it doesn't become a problem. it gets discovered quickly that jade was the one who did it and remington gets really mad. when they confront her she tells asher "you don't deserve to be with remington, you're not worthy blah blah blah"b ut remington will set her straight right away. it's such a cool scene in the novel. really satisfying.
they will also come out to asher's parents ( this happens at the end of the novel and they do it because they're gonna get married. the father doesn't accept it at first but after remy talks to him, he comes around). other people who know about their relationship are really supportive.
