I think he do because from the scene at the hospital, Hyesung was crying about not holding the baby because he didn’t hold Byul.
Dojin says it's because "he was in pain" and it shows Hyesung nervously sweating in the background. They definitely didn't tell him.
For example, "Call" where he gets therapy and acknowledges his partner can't cure his suicidal ideation. I need more realistic shit like that.
