Nagisa is not the ukeish that's Rin. Nagisa is manly on the inside and he has a devilish side, while Rin is all tsundere.
I think they're both quite uke-ish, but I think Nagisa has the most uke-like OUTER APPEARANCE in the show. And I agree, Rin is a tsundere :)
