Look I’m sorry but you’re reading yaoi. There are thousands of mangas that share the same trope your talking about here and this manga isn’t bad and compared to others it is almost an angel. Yeah sure the start of this chapters smut wasn’t the best but you what he asked before he went all the way and the did what hye asked.
The real problem here isn’t the so called rape( which isn’t here in my opinion). You read yaoi where again has an overused trope of rape. People know this, people realize this and people still read it. Because you know what in the end it’s nobody’s fault but the consumer that this stuff keeps being created for. We fuel stuff like this. saying "it's yaoi what do you expect" shuts down critical thinking. it's okay to read and ultimately enjoy yaoi, yet still be critical of it. i'm just a reader of yaoi that wishes rape themes to stop because it's just annoying and leads to an unstable relationship. but I still read this in hopes of an improvement but was ultimately left frustrated. i'm frustrated with the character for not realizing his mistake and I'm frustrated with the artist is they keep making no big deal of it and letting him get away with it.

the art style is so cute but it's unfortunate that the story is so unrealistic and cliche. it's just unbelievably melodramatic. I can deal with some drama for the sake of the story but this is just too unrealistic. it's too bad since the character design is so good, i'll keep reading for the cute art but I wish the story was better. i'm getting tired of badly written BL cliches honestly, it's annoying and frustrating to see characters acting so senselessly.
It's clear that this is a first work. It's kind of written "fanfic style", like 50 shades. I think the author is too preoccupied with the couple getting together and there being excitement that they forget to give the story a natural flow.
How is it unrealistic?
The disorder? It's real and sometimes it can appear with no warning, often it is either genetic or due to head trauma.
The forwardness of the past relationship and confession? Well, it has been months since they met and he was first thought of a weirdo and only when he sought to talk to him during camp did they bridge a gap into friends. He probably feels he needs to be forward.
The fight? Bai was angry that after all those months of being friends he was never told about this big thing. It made him feel that he was the only one who thought them friends. Plus, Bai has feelings for him even if he is unaware of it. Which is why was so dramatic about things because it hurt him and he didn't know why.
this is just awful writing at this point. it makes no sense for him to say that to dong hyuk, like literally no sense. it's just stupid melodramatic lazy writing now because the author felt the need to drag the story out, and it shows. it was good up until chapter 62 where he wants to play games with dong hyuk and be a f*cking idiot for no reason.

And I think either it just happened in the flow of his confession or it was kind of their plan because black haired guy probably wanted to do anything he could to avoid losing his virginity to the king or just be associated with him. Either that or Wolfgang never predicted he'd be caught and this would happen because the hickey was gonna disappear at some point or the other. And for the last question, the black haired guy (soohuk) is now with his dad because he was bansihed from the palace and yes he's still pretending to be sick because they have a plan to take the king down.
