Is it just me but I’m trying really hard to like sei, like I don’t hate her but I can’t help but dislike her ughh
I'd day most people don't like her (me included) but I'm pretty sure that's the point. They are deeply traumatized and damaged kids who were affected differently by the abuse and trauma they endured.We are supposed to see and feel how her upbringing made her a bad and problematic teenager and feel accordingly but we are also supposed to sympathies with her and understand why she became like this. I hope she can change, she's still young and it's far from too late yet.

i totally get this it is pretty hard. i feel like it the reader needs to put in effort to understand why her character is like that like the other commentor said. its especially frustrating in the cases where a character misremembers an event and the reader has to sit with seeing it from an omniscient perspective of understanding the entire situation along with the indignant emotions of seeing another character being wrongfully treated as a result regardless i love how her character is done but ya its being hard to like her as a person
