I feel like if they covered his(seme) backstory more, why he functioned the way he did, I would've liked this story more. Trauma doesn't justify shitty behavior but it can make you understand a little why they did it(still doesn't make it ok, alr?) but this was so quickly finished that I couldn't even be attached to them. Plus I thought it was funny how the uke said their revenge game ended when it was cleared up that the seme didn't come to him for revenge, and the hate-love thing wasn't covered well enough that it honestly just looks like they had a quarrel back in HS and made it their whole personality. If that makes sense?

The thing with the parents felt like it was glossed over(?), like- I think his past would've been way sadder if we saw what his family circumstances were. Although this one is sad as well bcz that's one of the shittiest thing you could do to a friend.

I dropped this back then(like 3 times) and I wanna try rereading it but I always end up stopping around the part where the psycho brother of gyoon shows up. He pisses me off so much and I hate how others have to act around him like who tf are u?? Can anyone tell me which chapter this problem with the brother get resolved coz istg I really wanna get through this manhua but that fucker makes me want to choke myself to death than continue on. Better yet, spoil me with what happens to him coz I would like to know, very much so.

I'm not complaining abt the age gap, that's actually cool in a fucked up way. It really shows u which one has the upper hand or the control in their relationship. Plus it makes sense since adults can buy their way out of murder while teenage serial killers usually get caught bcz well, they can't. Adults have more control over their purchases and could easily hide the fact that they're killers.

So like, if this isn't your cup of tea, just leave the story alone and read something else

When reading these types of stories you really just have to..shut your brain off. There's no point trying to make sense of the plot, just "huh..okay?" ur way through it (~‾▿‾)~

Hm. Contemplating whether I liked that ending or not, on one side it's unfair that gyeol(sheepmask) died after all that he's been through while the sergeant gets to live. On the other, at least gyeol is free from it all while the reason for all of his suffering is living his life like hell everyday. I do like it when the perpetrator gets to live their life suffering everyday bcz no way do they deserve peace. He deserves to live his life feeling like it's always in danger, men like the sergeant should never have day where they can feel safe in this world. ヾ(❀╹◡╹)ﾉ~

Really loved how well they communicated their feelings, thoughts, etc. and they tackled mental health and financial issues quite nicely. Also the parents part-- it's so true?? it's like that one post "be kind to your parents, it's their first time living their life too". None of them were perfect but all of them were willing to change the parts that they knew needed to be changed. I just love love love how they expressed their emotions, I learned so much about myself reading this. I do in fact need therapy lmao.
