I would maybe tell an adult about this and especially someone from your church when u go so they can talk some sense into them bc for some reason parents listen more to adults than their own kids. reply

Yes, in the middle of the night I have the urge to move my legs a lot or else I can't sleep at all. Also I'll have this thing where I measure my wrist with my hands for no reason and can't stop doing it until my hand starts hurting. reply
