Mm, pretty sure they just have the name of Fortuna. Plus Kazar said why doesn't the royal family just have kids with the Cantios which someone told him because of rights to the throne. All the spouses were made infertile after one child was born.

No, they do. But they encourage marrying for love. It is usually only families they choose that are able to come into contact with the Cantios though. That seems to be how the FL's father met her mom. Dunno about the emperor... I think he grew up with her
