the 1st was so good i cant believe the 2nd to have such a top-notch writing!!! every line of it is so relatable to anyone who struggles with performance and perfectionism ╥﹏╥ and i like the way sendo doesnt push izumi to 'grow out' of his competitiveness but rather try to understand its roots so he can support him better. that scene where izumi felt sad after the 3rd place result was released but then found his own happiness in the real life's wonders hits too close to home. overall such a good read!
i still think the one who died was kei and there was no plot twist on which twin died. not only because the narration right before and after kei dies was on roku's pov, it also makes sense how the alive twin acts after the other offed himself: if it was roku (the "good" twin) who died, it doesn't seem natural in terms of writing for kei to just keep acting like he has always done (sleeping around and stuff) after such shock. he would also get no motivation to continue on as we see how obsessive he was with roku (but it might work if he realized roku die for him = love him -> decide to live on? but it doesnt explain the continuation of behavior, that would be a stuck in his character development). however, if we see it as kei who died, it also makes a lot of sense for roku's change of behavior. he would feel extremely guilty, because how he treated kei on his last days. one thing i noticed is that he realized there was something wrong when kei asked him to stay and play video games with him even tho kei doesnt play video games; normally when someone says obvious strange stuff like that you would stay because sth is wrong, but roku knew it and decided that kei should learn to take care of himself. and yall know the stuff that happened after. kei grew (crazily and unhealthily) dependent on roku because roku always rescued him for the bad people (the kids that made his childp0rn tape), but near the end he stopped and ran away from it. as all this happens, i think that the heavy guilt and ptsd after kei's death has affected roku horribly and caused his self harming behaviors, just like how kei got his back when he was younger.

been a while since i last read this manga and got the biggest shock seeing the cover and them as grownups..... omg that long hair..!!!!.!!.!!!
