It’s been a while since I read orv so I might be wrong about a few things but the divorce arc is shortly after the murim arc, Kim dokja makes some decisions that Yoo joonghyuk can’t accept so yjh goes off on his own and then I think secretive plotter tells yjh about ways of survival and yjh feels betrayed that kdj used his suffering as entertainment and only saw him as a character, not a companion. Of course we know that kdj doesn’t feel that way, but he sucks at communicating especially cause he was shocked and not prepared to respond to this scenario so kdj and yjh go separate ways for a while (hence the “divorce”) and eventually they enter a scenario and try to kill each other but Han sooyoung tells them to just talk to each other and they make up but yjh runs away and the vibes are a little off for a while
