I do understand where the top was coming from with the not being secretive about being gay. He was in love and wanted to brag about his partner. Coming out as a couple should be a choice made together not by one person. It just sucked that the way gram came off was not the best either. Yes he is severely traumatized completely understandable. No one should feel obligated to come out or accept hand outs . Plain and simple i wont justify the top and his actions.

as a woman i too have cut off my family for my wife .I didn’t care if i am the black sheep. I would take only having her over family ties any day. Hell i was even super religious and became the lost cause sibling. Neither of our families attended our wedding because it was an abomination and offensive to god.
I dont go to family events or have many ties with the life i had before. I guess what im trying to say is that if you meet the right person . Shedding your past becomes easier so you can become a different person.
