Well I can’t say he doesn’t deserve her just because he followed the plot and fell in love with the character that was written for him. Judging by the way the FL cares about her brother and how he behaves and shxt, I think he’s pretty deserving of someone better and he would simply have to work at it. Wouldn’t expect the ex-fiancé to take him back either, but she might if he’s eager and genuine enough.
