The uke then get transferred to another branch and he became stern with seme. Seme then tried to win him back but to no avail, the uke does not want him anymore. But then the seme got sick and we know how the story goes.

Got fooled into reading that manga since ppl kept hyping it up, and how "satisfying" the redemption arc.. LIKE BTCH??? THE MC WAS SO EASY HELLO!!!!
