Ok this is a little far fetched, but I believed that when Tenza got stung by the octopus back at the boats with Nurugai he got some of that poison...

I know the story started off as creepy since it was like an overview of how hosik got pregnant...i looked at the raws till 62 and the Sunbae proposed to Hosik but before that,they dated,hosik fell for him,Sunbae proposed and they got MARRIED traditionally. and the chapters after that were all fluffs
from the story when they did it the first time,yes hosik was drunk and he did agreed to having sex just like what sunbae said BUT HE'S STILL DRUNK so yea.
