Well the storyline and style is clearly geared towards an adult female audience which is exactly what the Josei Genre is albeit there are maturity levels to it- Josei tends to be smuttier or more suggestive at minimum. This was clearly made with a female audience in mind even if the men are missing features especially due to the close attention to what women find attractive in the male features that ARE included. Now are they making porn? Yes. Are they making porn targeting male fantasies? Unlikely. This is clearly a woman's fantasy of being boned by handsome men. Men who write porn manhwa are 1: ugly asf 2: self insert themselves and therefore 3: would never ever make 3+ hot ass men bone a chick even if it paid the bills. They'd sooner make her smelly landlord do it. Bc thats closer to how he'd look.

You have no idea that tons of "josei" are doing smth called "dual targeting". Which means targeting towards both female and male gaze. I've come across male gaze pornhwa with very hot male MCs so they're not always ugly. Men also like gangbangs which is one woman and multiple men, it's an extremely common porn category.
Don't listen to the comments saying the ML didn't like the MC as much, BL fans are too used to tops that are puppy-like/obsessed/chasing the bottom. Not all relationships are like that.
