ya and i’m also gonna assume ur pale as hell. i’m black and tho i’m not as dark as him, i’m still brown skinned and not even my nipples are anywhere near that pink. js bc he’s an incubus doesn’t mean everything has to be inaccurate. u can’t look at me and tell me his cotton candy nipples look good against his dark skin. it js doesn’t look right. it looks off. a more desaturated red would’ve looked better

Girl pink is feminine (Stereotype) ofc it's going to be pink, everything is pink. pink is used to allure, for sexy cute shit lol. if people could they would make their nipples pink too because it LOOKS CUTE . It's just a skin color to a book of a character, it's not supposed to represent anyone unless YOU choose too. to which is completely fine if your a feminine boy and see yourself in him, like he's freaking cute asf I get it lol.

of course, it's not supposed to represent everyone but how many times have we seen a dark skinned person like this in manhwas. not many right? but anyways that's not the point, the point is that it looks off like really off because how is every part of your body have melanin but not the nipples. and the feminine part, this is a gay manhwa and it's mostly supposed to be masculine. not to mention a lot of pale women who are feminine have brown nipples too. I'm not saying that his pink nipples are bad, it's just the shade that doesn't match up the dude

Your first wrong is a guy is supposed to be masculine, absolutely NOT. A man or woman can be masculine or feminine there no one right. Yes I get it honestly it would be nice to see more rep with correct nipples but I'm honestly just glad we have a brown color cute twink haha, i think he might actually be the first. Well yeah the color of his nipples argument is kinda dumb when we finally have a cute brown twink!

nice to just assume someone else's race huh? im also dark brown-skinned, but im also an artist and can see it as part of the author's design.

would i chose to draw him like that? nope. best would be to use the same blush color of his cheeks and bussy lips, but artist probably thought they wouldnt stand out against his dark skin like the pink does (which i think is supposed to match the pink aesthetics of his final form where his horns and necklace turns pink, and he his name on his back is in pink). actually i'd go further and ask why are his eyes not pink, but amber instead

what we really should be talking about is if he is meant to represent a dark-skinned character because no one is talking about those palms and feet not being lighter???? i think its more in the vein of 'artist decided demons can be any skin color' (bc some of the other demons are shown as green, pink, blue etc) than 'this character is Black/POC' (i honestly cant see it as the latter because his design doesn't add up in that regard).

but also, finally, it really comes down to - he is a fantasy character so artist decided to do whatever with his design.

Istg... The people who doesn't even bothered by the mismatched of melanin and pink nipples are clearly white idk. I'm a brown person, and a dark one at that. And I don't feel a good rep for this one, like aside from the brown skin and all the nipples and everything pink is sooo weird haha. I'm artist myself, if I want to draw something I have to research of how to color and how to draw something properly. Saying it's only a fiction and no need to argue is dumb imo. This work is clearly need a critique

Istg idk where they got that information from, nipples are mostly related to melanin and pigments of skin color. Most of the case dark/brown people DO HAVE LIGHTER color on their nipples but it's not pink. It might be sounds funny to some people that we have a discussion about a nipple color but I think it's important to draw something that within your knowledge and not appear as ignorant
