Personally, I usually prefer Japanese manga. I find that I'm less likely to start, and far more likely to drop webtoons. There are positives and negatives to webtoons compared to manga that are actually kind of related. My very first anime crush was Astro Boy, when I was 5 years old!!! I thought he was really cool and I loved his hair, haha (hey, it was 1989). I also really liked the fox from the Disney movie Robin Hood at the same age. My first crushes were a robot and a fox... I feel like this says a lot about my romantic psychology.
