Wdym broke them apart lmfao, clearly the FL didn’t like Alexandrite that much if she moved on quick to moon owl. At most the only thing going between them was alexandrite being nice to her and the FL just liking the kind gestures. Moon owl knows how she really is while alexandrite initially came to the show interested in being with Marianne, and only knowing the FL’s fake side

She clearly liked him, they had a lot in common too. She wanted to choose him too, did you forget? Moon Owl stopped her. And of course he mostly knew her fake side, cause she couldn’t show him real (but things he seemed to like the most were the ones she broke the character of Marianne for, like reading etc.). And wdym moved on to moon owl? She couldn’t approach Alex cause of him and everything she does with him rn is acting. She doesn’t have feelings for him yet. And even tho Moon Owl may know real her, all he’s doing is using her. He proposed her a pretty cruel deal she had no choice (due to her desperate situation) but to take. He pushed her towards a guy who she was very uncomfortable with and who pretty much sexually harassed her. When she told him about her very abusive husband (who almost raped her btw) all he did was worry what to do cause she can’t have a skin ship he wanted. So far he’s been pretty trash (imo) and acted like pretty typical capitalistic CEO. How does it matter if he knows real her, if he only uses her anyways? Y’all may love him already, your choice. For me so far he’s been a toxic red flag and I’m not rooting for them until some major character development. Even if it’s a deal, it’s a pretty cruel one.

Well the main focus of my comment was why you’re blaming him (I guess cause you hate him judging from your reply) when FL is the one who likes moon owl now. And FL just admitted that she was drawn to alexandrite because he was similar to her first love. She did not clearly like him, judging from that chapter she talked about her first love. Which is not different from the whole “liking the idea/ideal” they want. Both alexandrite and FL were looking for things they saw in others. That was never a good relationship and they were never together so no one could say they were broken apart lmao. Regardless, if it’s true it’s clear moonowl had reasoning for making alexandrite and FL stay away since if alexandrite knows Marianne, it would obviously defeat the purpose of her coming there. I ain’t defending moonowl for everything he did, he obviously isn’t the green flag, but I’m not blaming him for a ship not getting together lmao. There’s no such thing as getting in between them, cause if she really liked alexandrite she would go for him regardless whether that be in the open or in secret. She said it herself she doesn’t know how she feels and blushing over someone doesn’t automatically mean you’re in love with them.

I don’t hate him, but I also don’t necessarily like him. I’m blaming him cause he’s the one who forbid her from meeting him? It’s really not that deep tho, I’m not devastated they weren’t together. He was just, so far, the best out of the men introduced (besides the red head). And how does she like him? You said yourself, blushing doesn’t mean she’s in love with him. She doesn’t like him yet, and if she did it would be the same as u said about Alex. He played the role of her first love, that’s what their romantic moment was about. So going with your logic, that’s why she would have been drawn to him. Neither does he like her. They are just acting rn. I know he’s a ML, but we aren’t there yet dude. So if you wanna be so strict about her liking Alex in anyway, keep the same energy for Moon Owl. There’s quite literally nothing real between then rn.

If you want to talk about the difference between her reactions with moon owl and alexandrite:

she was being happy/excited when seeing him enter the game. He didn’t tell her to act that way. I also don’t think she feels any resemblance between moon owl and her first love, so idk how that would be the same lmao. The difference is that it’s already been confirmed and shown she was drawn to alexandrite cause of his similarity to her first love, whereas you saying if she did like moon owl, it would be the same- which is only a prediction. I didn’t say she was in love with moon owl, just said she’s definitely leaning more on liking him than alexandrite, who she was mainly attracted to for those similarities. Whereas moon owl seems to be very different from her first love where she doesn’t recognize him for that. She didn’t notice any similarities between the two, and as you said it would be the moment aka meaning if she did end up liking him, it wouldn’t be the moment (since it’s over) it would be for him. If it was the moment, those feelings would quickly disappear.

Oh and when she said “she feels strange” after they kissed, which is the typical ‘person who discovers what liking someone is’ thought process. That was my logic.
Anyways, we shall see who she will like more as the story continues, but then again moon owl holds the title for ML doesn’t he?

I’m not saying she won’t like him in the future or her feelings won’t be genuine. I’m saying that’s the case rn. That at this moment she does not like him yet, and even if her feelings in the future won’t be cause of her first love, the only reason why she was able to actually genuinely kiss moon owl was because they recreated a scene with her first love. I know he’s a ML and her feelings for him will grow with time, unlike with Alex who she also long given up on. I’m talking about present, not the future. And also saying Moon Owl will need a major character development for me to ship them.

This is the worst place to leave a hiatus on I hope not!
