Personally, I find omegaverse plots really unappealing. I think it stems from normalized rape scenes and sexual harrassment scenes.. Also the top usually being a total asshole and ruse asf, as well as the bottom sometimes looking like a whole ass CHILD??? or they have this personality that's really irritating in a way? They can't think for themselv......

Is there any more yaoi/shounen ai manga/manhua/manhwa with the mc reincarnated as the villain and the hero is the guy he gets together with. I only found one shounen ai one yaoi but it was discontinued early and one similar plot but its not BL :(( but they cute tgt
