BJ Alex handled its redemption arc much better, in my opinion. Jiwon was given ample time to realize and reflect on his mistakes, and I appreciated that Dong Gyun had enough self-respect not to immediately take him back. Their reconciliation felt earned because both characters had meaningful growth.
With Jaekyung, though, it felt like it was all talk and very little action. We’re told he’s changed, but the story doesn’t really spend enough time showing that growth in a convincing way. By the end, the resolution felt rushed and unsatisfying.
Overall, the story was pretty disappointing for me. The art style is honestly the main thing that kept me invested until the end.

Like Cinderella Closet, Princess Jellyfish, and I want To be the Wall type of stories. Idc whether it's romantic, just friends or like a lavender marriage like I Want To be the Wall.
Along the lines of breaking the gender roles stereotypes.
This pairing/trope is so rare tbh. I love these coz it's so genuine and pure and it resonated with me as a pansexual girly who's attracted to feminine guys.
Trying to find this Japanese bl manga, but I can't remember the title.
They are highschool students. The trope is popular seme and ugly(?) normal looking uke. They are childhood friends and the uke has one sided love to the seme for years. The seme knows the uke likes him and likes it.
I think the uke has some insecurities or low self esteem that he firmly believes that the seme friend will never like him, and that makes the seme mad I think.
Mika's quick realization vs Mukai's late reaction LOL totally shipping them hahaha
