do y’all ever get that feeling where a story is so devastating that you can’t even bring yourself to cry, yet your heart aches so much that tears just don’t feel like enough?? i had countless moments where i had to take a break just to recollect myself because WHAT WAS THAT. the story buildup is genuinely PEAK, and paired with THAT ART STYLE!? i just KNOW i struck gold with this one. every second spent reading it was absolutely worth it.
+ that suicide note/poem genuinely shaped my entire reading experience. it hit me in a way i can’t even begin to explain, and everything felt so much heavier after that. some pieces of writing don’t just make you sad; they leave an ache that stays with you long after you’ve finished reading. this was one of them.
i still remember discovering this back in 2020, when it barely had 30+ chapters. and here i am now, already in college, finally picking up where i left off. i stopped reading because life got too serious, but now, after all these years, i’m finally back to a place where i used to find happiness. it feels a little nostalgic, doesn’t it?
Me too, man. Me too.
Me too, man. Me too.
oh my god, literally same. when i first picked it up it had like 27ish chapters, but i liked it so much i used to count the days until the next chapter. feels so surreal to see it had ended one year ago...
