Ive binge-Readed this and i can understand why tjian Is endgame. I probably missed something, but ive noticed that Ian was Always drawn to tj no matter what. Jo was the Life he wanted to have (a beautiful Life with a family) and a relationship with him would have been good for Ian, but not for Jo- he wouldve been corrupted. Ian's world Is different from Jo's. In another Life they wouldve been endgame, but Ian Is way too immersed in the gangster world, and way too attached to tj, Who Is the only One Who can understand him ("we're not two humans Who console each other but two lonely beasts". ) tbh im pretty Happy with the endgame, but at the same time i wouldve preferred a more in depth analysis on ian's feelings, cuz he says he loved Jo, but i cant understand why
