also i'm seeing people call eunoh poly but i'm not completely confident that he is? i read this chapter as him seeking exclusivity and monogamy and expecting the same in turn from his chosen partner while also believing he should reserve the right to fall in love with other people. i feel like if he were poly, then he wouldn't have had a negative response to a person of interest telling him he had a girlfriend. honestly, there's something to be said about the fact that he is very easily swayed into deep bouts of romantic feelings for those who are even slightly friendly or somewhat attractive to him. like, even a squirrel would have a chance if it complimented him with a cookie. he may be able to choose to live this way and be at peace with it, but it is clearly at odds with him wanting to have a particular person he is dedicated to who is dedicated to him as well because it causes other people to think he is not especially devoted to them or that he isn't being serious, which is natural thought process for people who only want monogamous relationships imo. i feel like reading this chapter and only coming out of it thinking "he's so poly~" is a bit of a shallow understanding of his character tbh.
i think his quality of life will improve tremendously and he'll find the true love he's after much faster if he realizes that having little crushes is okay and it doesn't need to turn into this major love affair every time.
