I have been a Yaoi fan my while life and just cause some might be into small men being the seme while the uke are massively huge doesn’t mean others feel the same. I have always been okay with small guys being on the stronger side and then getting growth spurts turning the table. Just as I don’t feel a connection to these types I don’t even with old men on bottom an young on top. It is a preference of each per person. #－.－)

Also, yeah. Older uke and young seme type takes a while to get into. It just comes to you one day when you realize you grow old and old people are absolute freaks in sheets. I'm actually the opposite (￣∇￣") I prefer older ukes and younger semes because I feel like it creates a more interesting balance of power in age-gap r/ships. The older character already tends to have more life experience and authority, so having the younger one take the lead in other aspects of the relationship makes the dynamic feel less one-sided to me.

EEEEEEWWWW ╥﹏╥ Barely legal, and what makes it worse is when they practically look like children. Age gaps can be done well without veering into predatory territory. Personally, I love older uke/younger seme dynamics, especially how devoted and protective the older ukes tend to be toward their semes (at least in the stories I've read). I also love when both partners have agency, and the younger seme's assertiveness is balanced by the older uke's maturity and experience.

I’m all good with that 10 gap but I’m more talking about old men like with gray hair in their maybe 50-60’s an even older with younger men as seme a 10 year gap isn’t much for me but, a young man maybe in his 20’s an a seme then a 50+ uke with a beard an gray hair.. seen some that I just couldn’t read just cause of that also not into hairy men that’s just a big thing for me never been into hairy chested men or men with big beards not even in real life. I hope to never come across those heavily bearded or hairy older ukes. Art style definitely plays a huge role in what I enjoy, though! Love for Sale and The Taming are my all-time favourite age-gap BLs. I absolutely adore older ukes with younger semes, but I guess we all have our own preferences when it comes to how those dynamics are portrayed.

Uke needs to have some sort of a work experience to get into the taste of an older gentleman. This example is not perfect since seme is freshly out of college when he saw uke, but the 2nd couple of Day off are the best example I could think on top of my head

Just got done reading a Yaoi that had a bit big on age gap but the uke wasn't to bad looking. I've read some with older uke and younger seme an didn't seem to bad think if it's over 45-50 just can't I'm in my 30's so not like I'm all not into any of it just anything that look like old men like over 50 but, been into Yaoi that involves Esper's and Guides of late and just finished C-Class Esper's Memorandum well not finished just read what was left but those ain't to bad found a few Zombie related one's also. Major Yaoi's I love are heartfelt with not just joy but with sadness an trials in life but, could end with a happy ending sometimes the happy ending isn't what you expect but if the plot and art and make me laugh, sad, and mad it is worth it then cause can't deal with Yaoi or any Manga with senseless sex in it without a good plot an twists.
