The "non-lethal" attack: full-force thrust with pointy but blunt object right on the windpipe. Sure, the attack won't kill them, they'll just suffocate on their own.
I feel like this is similar to the argument that Wonder Woman never kills anyone, but in the movie has no problem flinging enemies off of a speeding vehicle with other speeding vehicle following. ( I guess you could argue that they died because the bad guys ran them over or that gravity killed them instead of her.)
I came here to read a feel-good story and like a side quest THEY JUST KILL OFF THE KIND DAD??? I mean yeah, easier for "orphans" to travel but really??
Gotta love the comment section, thanks to them I found that this story takes place in the same universe as "I Can See Your Stats!"
This story is GREAT and I'm INVESTED!! At first I wondered why the low rating, but I guess if you aren't a fan on misunderstanding trope you would dislike this one - because if they just talked honestly ~80% of their problems and story might just disappear XD
Would take a misunderstanding trope over a SA/coercion trope anyday!! (Like this should not even be comparison but like....the amt of SA in BLs and how they're so popular I js had to state this)
For a story with only 8 pages I'm both so immersed and so lost
So one discipline can't see, the other can no longer speak, sooo... will our ML lose his ears?

It was basically strongly implied with the way that crazy fuck opened her mouth, made finger scissors/peace sign, and then we get a picture of the fingers about to snap a blooming branch, and her scream of pain.
Oh. OOOHHH. Oh this is going to be great! The crown prince brother will absolutely go and ask for a new signed book for our MC, and if the writer lady is indeed the og FL this will become the moment when the two, og FL & og ML, shall reunite!

This is a fun story but it's getting harder and harder to ignore the glaringly obvious plot holes, and I just can't take the story and emotions seriously at all. Still fun tho.
