It seems everyone's forgetting about what Suu was thinking before I assume they did it, or something happened anyway, and then he lost his memory. He's really hungry again.. his mouth feels sandy.. it seemed even that he was looking at Jin as a food source. Either Suu is slowly developing the symptoms of Mara, or he developes symptoms every time Sahara feeds off of him, and every time, Jin heals him.

I don't think he is acting neither and each time Sahara drinks and Jin cures him he loses his memory but I guess as Sahara feeds more the more it takes to cure him the more memory Suu loses. Hopefully it is temporary I would hate for Sahara to feed on him again and completely loses his memory.
Yeah. Even the doctor said that the memory loss can happen, but it's temporary. I'm pretty sure he'll regain his memory with time.

1. Is Suu a prostitute before?
2. Is he a male concubine?
3. Did Suu and Jin had Sex?
4. Do Suu and Jin had a lover relationship, are they attracted to each other?
5. Suu mentioned he serves at night to his old master before, so he is not a normal slave?

At the beginning, it did say that when Prince heals, there's a price to pay and I think it's memory loss. Tho it may be possible to recall some since we saw suu recaled sth.
Did he take the drug? I hate it when people end up developing/taking from each other bad habits, after starting a relationship..
If he did take the drugs... it isn't just because he got it from being in a relationship who uses drugs as a sort of escape from reality. It's also becuase of the stress and pressure of hiding. If one is comfortable of themselves and open about who they are and who they're with, they won't be tempted to try any bad habits.
It's like... a guarantee that their relationship is gonna end soon, (depending on what kinda drugs you take I guess) and someones probably gonna die, especially since they don't seem too close with their families.. I like to think that these couples are happily together for the rest of their lives. It's like harada added that extra because they think such a happy ending isn't fit for such a dark and twisted story, or a relationship that started out badly.
Harada's stories are rarely far from reality... So him adding that last part is just a continuation of what it is like to be in that kind of relationship.
It ain't like disney where everything ends with a happy ending, coz in reality, being in a closeted relationship in a society where relationships and orientations like that aren't accepted, you either become a fighter or use stuff in order to escape reality or both, a fighter who uses stuff...
It's harsh but real. That's what Harada's stories are like. (Which is why I avoid em when I'm feeling happy, even though I've read every single one. xD)
Harada's stories actually make me happy, they seem to have just the right amount of twisted stuff, unexpected stuff, and yet also have enough goodness to balance it out and make it seem ok? It's comforting, like no matter how messed up things are, you can have happy endings.
This was one of the best, sweetest smutty romances I've read in awhile.
First, why can everyone speak the same language, seeing how earth only really found out about neighbors recently? Second, why do the neighbors only show up in this specific town? Third, why is earth the only one that doesn't need a trigger or a god? Fourth, how will hyuse deal with having to fight hostile afkator neighbors, as is the responsibility of all border members, and how did they miss this when recruiting him? Some of these maybe integrated with the plot later on.
Also this manga seems to have seen some really crappy scanlators, lol it feels like voice to text has been turning 'Hyuse' into 'Houston'.
Also, if they have a trion organ then there is most likely some way to improve it's health, yet Osamu hasn't asked Yuuma or anyone how, even after Kitora said she has more trion than before.

to answer your second question, it was stated that when border built their HQ to be stationed in Mikado city they also set it up so that Gates could only open in Mikado prevent neighbors from spawning in other cities (this does not limit Rads [mini portal making machines]). Also the first border agents seemed to have been from Mikado already.
