Calorie deficit is the only thing that works. Like, ur only losing weight if you ingest less calories than you use (be it for sports, or your normal existing).
Estimating your calories is, how do i put this, the worst thing. Weigh your stuff, a tea spoon (20g) of nutella/pean...... reply
Got diagnosed with endometriosis.
Pain, it's often a 8/10, but i also take 6-10 painkillers a day.
Before the period:
2-3 days before a period i get cramps, which are around a 5-6/10, but doable. Sensible breasts are a 10/10, it hurts when walking.
During the period:
