Soo I'm a guy, anyways just rate y'all period cramps on 1-10. I heard it's different for many, some don't even feel much pain but some also require a heating pad. I'm just curious if more women feel it painfully or less.
Got diagnosed with endometriosis.
Pain, it's often a 8/10, but i also take 6-10 painkillers a day.
Before the period:
2-3 days before a period i get cramps, which are around a 5-6/10, but doable. Sensible breasts are a 10/10, it hurts when walking.
During the period:
The abdomen pain doesn't bother me, as i can handle it with painkillers mos...... reply
