Chapter 85-88 are the same chapter. And it's clearly missing chapters. 89 mentions they got back from jeju Island but those aren't uploaded. They also keep going back and forth between saying suah has sisters/brothers. Picture looks like brothers only.

The odds of a stranger matching you for a liver transplant are 1 in 100k. Even with same blood type. So him dating her to get a liver makes no sense. He would have had no way of knowing she was a match without extensive testing.
