The mangaka doesn't label their stories with it being BL or not. Sasaki to Miyano is 'romance' tag as well, not shounen-ai. So don't jump to conclusions, it can be anything.
I'mma guess it'll have romance between the 2 actors though, considering mangakas preference..
actually sasamiya has the BL tag on pixiv comic where the raws were posted officially. however hirakaji does not, and iirc kajiura said he loves hirano (not confirmed as romantic love though) so there may be a possibility but personally i wouldn't get my hopes up because they never said it was. if it ends up being BL then that'd be a pleasat surprise but if it's not, then that's expected
