We sort of know what happened with MoTian, but I still have some many unanswered questions about Jian Yi
ikr it was a slowburn that took about 4 years and then their story was just abandoned. I wanna see when zheng xi's romantic feelings finally developed for jian yi and not in a sloppy 2 panel way
WHAT i cant be the only one that enjoys mo and he tian’s story a lot and im actually glad that its mostly them now, jian yi had a basic friends to lovers whereas mo tianhad a much more interesting story and i absolutely adore their dynamic, same with axel and kai i feel like there dymanicc is so cute i just love its (just my opiniin tho)
It's not that it isn't loved, it's that we were left hanging in the most important part: what happened after the kiss? What happened to Jian Yi? How did Zheng Xi feel about Jian Yi's disappearance? Did he realize his love?
How did Jian Yi came back?
The Jian Yi and Zheng Xi relationship was more than a love story, we wanted to know the context of his family background and the role it played with him being kidnapped and how He Tian was related to it.
And Unlike MoTian, we don't have any development in their relationship
Even in the present, they're still ambiguous friends with Jian Yi having a one-sided crush

i love axel and kai way more but i also love jianyi and zhengxi’s story so much more, i think the simple friends to lovers was honestly so charming and comedic and fun + they actually felt like middle/high schoolers. mo and hetian honestly felt much more like basic fan service i got so bored after the first couple disappeared, it was no longer so light hearted and fun and charming with a layer of angst. that’s why i went to tamen de gushi because it was exactly what i used to enjoy from 19 days but then tamen de gushi as an entire manhwa got sniped

Sorry to butt in but the mirror is actually a gift to hathor and was made by ra.. acc to mural theory hidden in the manhwa ra fell in love with hathor but since she couldn't act upon it she locked away all her feelings (i dont rmemeber if it was anger or love) melted them into the mirror and Sekhmet was thus born. Anyway theres 2 of them one mirror for hathor n one sekhmet's
